Can I book a delivery slot?

No, we can't specify a delivery time slot in advance, sorry. 

Our delivery window is 8am to 7pm (sometimes slightly later at peak times). Drivers' routes change on a day to day basis to make them as efficient as possible, so you may not receive your order at the same time with each delivery.

You will get a text/e-mail from our delivery partner DPD with your tracking information on the morning of delivery and you will be able to track it yourself, or suggest a safe location for the driver to leave the package at www.dpd.co.uk with your consignment number which you will be sent on the morning.
