Where is my order?

When your order leaves our fridge, you’ll receive an email from our delivery partner DPD with your tracking information. 

Our delivery window is 8am to 7pm (sometimes slightly later at peak times such as Christmas). Drivers' routes change on a day-to-day basis to make them as efficient as possible, so you might not receive your order at the same time with each delivery.

You will get a text/e-mail from our delivery partner DPD with your tracking information on the morning of delivery, usually before 10am. You can track it yourself, or suggest a safe location for the driver to leave the package at www.dpd.co.uk with your consignment number, or you can contact them by phone on 0121 2750500

If it's after your delivery window, please get in touch with our customer team and they'll chase it up for you.
