Is your beef grass-fed?

The short answer is yes, but our meat is not 100% grass-fed, so we'd like to explain a little bit why that is the case. 

Our ethos as a company is to work with suppliers and farmers that we know and trust. This means that we work with a pretty diverse range, and we decided to build our focus on trust and reputation rather than certificates and badges. Most of the beef we sell is from pure beef breed cattle that spend most of the time on grass.
