Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order and although our products are specifically prepared and cut fresh for your order, if you contact us more than 48 hours before the date your delivery is due, it may be possible to cancel the order.

If the order has already been prepared and/or dispatched to our courier partner, cancellation will not be possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not cancel the delivery direct with DPD. You will still be charged for the order.
