What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as a general rule. We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our meaty products. As they are cut to order specifically for you, we cannot accept their return.
It is however really important that we hear from you when things go wrong so that we can put it right for you and make sure we follow up with our suppliers. If you have any further question in relation to returns please contact us by email.
Sending in pictures is really useful, as it means that we can get a better idea of what has gone wrong and hopefully get to the bottom of the issue straight away.
In the unlikely event that we can’t resolve the issue, you can return unopened items to us, in the chilled packaging they came in. They must be received by us on or before the ‘use by date’. We do not offer a collection service for returns.
